Sales Tech Tools = Outbound in 2025
I think we’re seeing the biggest change in outbound since I first got into the space with sales tech tools for outbound, messaging, AI prompting, etc.
The “AI is going to take over jobs!” narrative that we all heard for the last few years is starting to be legit.
Here are my favourite 3 tools that I think every outbound / GTM team would find extremely useful for the new year.
This is going to be your Lebron James of outbound.
I like treating Clay as a central hub that we connect other apps and platforms to, to bring everything into one space for final tweaks, personalizations, and more before sending it off to our sequencer.
TAM scoring, lead enrichment, AI personalization, company research / scraping, list expansion, and about every API that exists known to mankind.
This tool gets added to your website and identifies anonymous website users
Part of a BIG “warm outbound” movement I’m seeing become more popular
So many creative ways to be used, especially if you have a strong social presence / traffic going to your site
Easy to automate sequences / workflows with this to make it so that every time somebody visits your site they get an email within 5 minutes
Social intent tool for taking engaged accounts on social medias and turning that into prospecting data
Great for teams like strong social media presence / ability to tie it to a strong outbound motion
This tool is able to give you “warm” accounts / prospects, making outbound a lot more targeted, and a lot less “spammy” or spray and pray
The time has come where now outbound can be more than just sending cold emails to a completely unaware audience.
Sales tech tools like this are going to be big for your outbound motion in 2024 and more of them are going to keep popping up by the day.
If you’re looking to implement any of these systems into your B2B for an outbound motion in 2024, check out our YouTube channel for more educational videos on how to grow a pipeline through outbound.
