Non-Negotiables for a Successful Campaign Launch

Our team @ Breakout has tightened up a lot of processes to try and get our clients to see results from campaigns as fast as humanly possible.

Here is our updated checklist for everything you need to do BEFORE having a campaign launched:

  • Mandatory 14 day email warmup

    • Inside of whatever sequencer you’re using you must warmup the inboxes you setup for a minimum of 14 days.

    • Warmup will send automated mail back and forth to tell ESPs at Google and Microsoft “hey, we are normal people and definitely not cold emailers!”

    • Solutions have come out that have tried to cut down the process for warmup but nothing I’ve tried has stuck. Just wait the time.

  • Double verification of all email lists you’re sending messages to

    • Use leadmagic.io or millionverifier.com to validate the lists you scrape

    • “Valid” emails in Apollo or any other B2B database are NOT safe to be sending messages to.

    • This is the easiest way to ruin your inboxes and never see any type of success from your campaigns

  • Read your outbound copy out loud

    • I’ve been there before where I think I’ve crafted a very smart campaign, using creative and out-of-the-box copy, just to read it out loud and realize it sounds like broken english and completely AI generated.

    • Read ALL of your messages out loud before setting your campaigns for launch.

    • If it doesn’t sound like you would say it in a real conversation to a real human-being. Don’t write it.

If you simply follow these 3 main rules, you’ll be 95% of the way there to a killer outbound campaign that generates pipeline for your B2B company.
