Campaign Launch Checklist to Get 10+ Leads Day 1

Speed-to-value is one of the most important things you should be focused on as a service provider.
We had a client that we launched for @ Apex where we generated 11 leads on the first 8 hours of campaign sending last week.

Here is a full checklist that goes into a campaign launch so we can have everything live as fast as possible.
Campaign Launch Checklist:
Do we have an up-to-date block list of companies spoken to already by the client?
Has the list been properly added to the Smartlead block list?
Are all emails verified using MV or LM?
Are inboxes added properly ONLY for the name of the client?
Review the first 10-15 messages in the "Final Review" tab in Smartlead
Are all AI variables populated correctly? Do they all make grammatical sense?
Are all spam words removed from the copy?
Are all variations properly spintaxed for every 3-4 words?
Are there any errors in punctuation, awkward spaces, or phrasing?
Read the copy out loud to yourself
Does it sound like something you would say in a conversation?
Does it take more than 15 seconds to say?
Are all subsequences setup for Pitch Deck Requests, or any other sequence needed?
Has the client been notified of the launch in Slack?
We make our CSM manually confirm this with everyone on our team to make sure mistakes are minimized / completely avoided on a campaign launch.
We’ve been down this road before, and making mistakes for a new client is no fun.
Use this checklist going forward to make your campaigns bulletproof and get your pipeline fatter than a kid in a candy store.
